No Returns on Food Products

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food items, MAKHNEX does not accept returns or exchanges on makhana products once they have been delivered, in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

Eligible Cases for Refund or Replacement

A refund or replacement may be approved only in the following cases:

• The makhana product is damaged during delivery
• The product received is spoiled, expired, or unfit for consumption
• You received an incorrect product or quantity

All claims must be supported with clear photos or videos of the product and outer packaging.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund request is reviewed and approved:

• UPI Payments: Refund will be processed to the original UPI ID within 5–7 business days
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be issued via UPI or bank transfer after verification

Replacement Policy

In eligible cases, MAKHNEX may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability. Replacement orders will be shipped at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or replacements will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Incorrect address or delivery failure caused by customer error
• Delays due to courier partners, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances
• Minor variations in size, shape, or color (as makhana is a natural agricultural product)

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation or refund requests will not be accepted.
